TropiTurf connects South Florida homeowners with independent local landscaping and lawn care providers. You tell us what you need once, we match your request with providers who serve your area and offer that service, and those providers contact you directly. From there, everything — quotes, scheduling, the work itself, payment, and warranties — is between you and the provider you choose.
Using TropiTurf costs homeowners nothing. We may receive compensation from providers for referrals. Providers are independent businesses, not our employees, and TropiTurf does not perform, supervise, or guarantee their work.
What It Costs You
Nothing. Submitting a request, being matched, and talking with providers who contact you are all free. You only pay anything when you hire a provider, and you pay that provider directly under whatever agreement you make with them. TropiTurf never charges your card, never takes a deposit, and never marks up a provider's price.
What to Expect After You Submit
After you send the form, you will see a confirmation that we received your request. Your request is then shared with one or more matched independent providers, who may contact you by phone, text, or email to discuss the work, ask follow-up questions, and arrange a visit if you want one.
We do not promise a specific response time, because contact comes from independent providers with their own schedules. If you need to reach us about a request you submitted, call 786-741-7667. When providers contact you, it is reasonable to ask for their license and insurance information, a written quote or program, and warranty terms before agreeing to work — and to compare more than one quote on a large job like a landscape installation.
Your Choices Stay Yours
Being matched is not a commitment. You can talk with every provider who contacts you, hire one of them, hire none of them, or find a company entirely on your own. If you hire a provider, your agreement is directly with them — TropiTurf is not a party to it and does not set its terms.

Providers contact you
Matched providers may contact you by phone, text, or email to discuss your request, ask questions, and arrange a visit. Ask them for license and insurance details and a written quote or program, especially on bigger jobs.
You hire directly
You choose the provider you want — or none at all. Your agreement, payment, scheduling, and warranty are directly between you and that provider. TropiTurf may receive compensation for the referral, at no added cost to you.
